How is Parcel Cost Calculated

The cost of sending a parcel is based on a few variables however the over-riding rule is based on the HIGHER of the Cubic (volume) Weight Vs. the Actual Weight.

To work out the volume (cubic) weight of your parcel, please check out our easy to use Parcel Calculator, and select ‘domestic’ or ‘international’ - just input your dimensions and it will calculate the cubic weight of your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE:  For irregular shaped parcels, when measuring the length and width of your parcel, always use the maximum points to form a 'CUBE' shape.  Failure to do so will result in additional charges after delivery.
